DEINE ROLLE

Als Technical Product Owner (w/m/d) bist du teil unseres DevOps-/Infrastrukturteams und sorgst dafür, dass hochwertige technische Lösungen erfolgreich und im Einklang mit den Geschäftszielen geliefert werden. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen, Features zu priorisieren und den Entwicklungsprozess von der Konzeption bis zur Bereitstellung zu leiten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du definierst die Produktvision, -strategie und den Fahrplan in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern.
Du übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen und Benutzerstories.
Du priorisierst Features basierend auf strategischen Zielen und technischer Machbarkeit.

Du gibst Anleitung / Unterstützung für interdisziplinäre Teams und förderst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit.
Du führst Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch.
Du überwachst die Leistung des Produkts und sammelst Nutzerfeedback für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
Du förderst die Anwendung agiler Best Practices.

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung als technical Product Owner
Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von agilen Methoden.
Du beherrschst Projektmanagement-Tools (Atlassian Suite).
Du hast technische Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung.
Du hast Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen.
Du bist vertraut mit Sicherheitsstandards (OWASP, ISO27001).
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch (erforderlich).

Nice to have:

Du hast bereits Erfahrung im DevOps-Bereich gesammelt
ArgoCD, Istio, Ingress, Kubernetes, Terraform sind für dich nicht nur Buzzwords.

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Product Owner (f/m/d) you will be part of our DevOps/Infrastructure team and ensure that high-quality technical solutions are delivered successfully and in line with business goals. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, prioritizing features and leading the development process from conception to deployment.

YOUR MISSION

You will define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the stakeholders.
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
You will prioritize features based on strategic goals and technical feasibility.

You will provide guidance/support to interdisciplinary teams and foster a culture of collaboration.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis.
You will monitor the performance of the product and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
You will promote the application of agile best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
You have proven experience as a technical product owner
You have a sound understanding of agile methods
You are proficient in project management tools (Atlassian Suite)
You have technical knowledge in software development
You have experience in regulated environments
You are familiar with security standards (OWASP, ISO27001).
You are fluent in English and German (required).

Nice to have:

You have already gained experience in the DevOps area
ArgoCD, Istio, Ingress, Kubernetes, Terraform are not just buzzwords for you.
